The statement of account template has a very easy and simple design that you can follow, regardless of the fact if you have little to no experience with handling invoices or receipts. This is a template meant not for you but for the customers so it must be easy to read and therefore easy to understand in terms of due dates, bills and such balances. Now the first part of the template is the personal information of the customer. There should be a company name at top, so that client will be able to tell where the invoice came from. Then the billing address should be sent to the customer, with the information that involves the name, the company name, the address, the city, state, zip code and the phone number. On the right side of the top corner is the account summary which basically supplies everything you and the customer should know regarding the account, which includes when the statement was issued, what number it is, what customer ID its being sent to, the amount due, and the due date of that said balance.
On the lower half of the statement of account template is the table meant for the details and descriptions. The details that need to be written down on the document are the date, the invoice number, the description, the charges, the credits and the total balance overall. The set-up of the detail gives you details of how much the customer has charged the past couple of weeks and how much they’ve paid for it. Because of that, the two of you will be able to understand why the balance remains to be in that specific account or if they have inquiries, the customers themselves can quickly contact the company and present the template in order to have them cleared. At the very bottom of the template is a sort of note where there is a description meant to make sure that all checks will be payable to the company you handle and that there is also a specific person to be contacted in case of emergencies.
